Harry Potter Quidditch Champions Gameplay Footage Surfaces Online

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is a recently-announced title still in development title at Warner Bros’ Games. The game is in its closed beta stage right now, but it hasn’t worked in the best manner for its developers, Unbroken Studios, as the title’s gameplay footage has seemingly leaked online.

This leak was spotted on the r/QuidditchChampionsWB subreddit, and it consisted of a comprehensive video, that showed several integral gameplay elements. It seems like these videos have been leaked by one of the playtesters of the game, who have violated their NDA with the company.

The leaked video showed some promising gameplay as it gave a look at how matches would work in the game, along with advanced flight controls. It also seems that the developers could go the free-to-play route, as the footage showed a lot of customisation options.

For obvious reasons, the leaked videos have been taken down. However, the hype for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions remains at an all-time high, thanks to the recent release of Hogwarts Legacy. The game by Avalanche Software launched to critical acclaim, but it didn’t feature a Quidditch mode. Now, thanks to Warner Bros. Games and Unbroken Studios, Potterhead fans of the fictional sport will be able to get their Quidditch fix too in Quidditch Champions. Playtests for the game began on April 21.
