The squad-based third-person shooter Helldivers II is set to launch for PS5 and PC on February 8, 2024. Like the original Helldivers, the sequel sees teams of up to three players taking on hordes of deadly aliens in missions that take you across the galaxy.
With the release date just a few months away, Arrowhead Games recently unveiled Helldivers II’s $40 standard edition and $60 digital-only “Super Citizen” edition that features tons of extra content. Both versions of the game are available for preorder on PS5 and Steam and come with bonus in-game items if you purchase the game before release.
Helldivers II Preorder Bonus
All Helldivers II preorders include three exclusive in-game armor sets:
- TR-7 Ambassador of the Brand
- TR-2 Cavalier of Democracy
- TR-52 Knight

Helldivers 2 Standard edition preorders come with the base game plus the preorder bonus armor sets. Physical preorders are available for $40 at Best Buy, or you can purchase the digital version at the PlayStation Store or Steam.

Helldivers II Super Citizen Edition is a digital-only special edition that includes the base game, the preorder bonus armor sets, and several additional in-game items and cosmetics, including:
- “DP-53 Savior of the Free” armor set
- “Will of the People” cape
- MP-98 Knigh in-game weapon
- Super Citizen Status
- Strategem Hero Ship in-game bonus arcade game
The Super Citizen Edition also includes the Steeled Veterans Premium Warbond, which packs even more unlockable armor sets, weapons, emotes, and more.
Helldivers II Super Citizen Edition is available for $60 at the PlayStation Store and Steam.
