Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores Gets a New Patch With Over 40 Fixes

Horizon Forbidden West recently received a DLC expansion called Burning Shores, which sees Aloy’s journey extend over to the ruins of Los Angeles. The expansion has fared well with most reviewers; however, it was recently review-bombed on Metacritic by homophobes, where it saw its user score drop down to a 4.1/10 compared to the critic’s score of 82.

Fortunately, Guerrilla Games seems unfazed by this unfortunate situation and is continuing to better the game’s expansion. The studio recently released a patch for the game, which includes highly requested fixes for Following Seyka Into The Tower and Aerial Capture: North, along with a plethora of other fixes.

In terms of main quests, Guerrilla has fixed issues related to quests such as To The Burning Shores, Heaven and Earth, The Stars in Their Eyes, For His Amusement and His Final Act. And for side quests, issues related to In His Wake and A Friend in the Dark have been fixed.

Furthermore, there are several fixes to World Activities, which come for Aerial Capture: North, Aerial Capture: West THETA, Mighty Pint and The Delver’s Trove. Moreover, Stormbird problems have been resolved too.

Lastly, there are a huge bunch of changes to Machines, Weapons, Skills, UI/UX, Performance and Stability that players can check out on its Reddit post. The developers are looking for more player feedback in their effort to make the game a better experience.
