Step #1: First up, go to www.digilocker.gov.in on your device or you can download the DigiLocker app available on both Android and iOS.
Step #2: Next, you will need to register on DigiLocker in case it is your first time trying the app. If not, you can simply log in. The website/app takes the Aadhar card number and other details for registration.
Step #3: Once you log in, you need to go to the “Documents” tab.
Step #4: Proceed to the “Get more issued documents” option on the screen.
Step #5: You need to select “Ministry of Road and Transport” on the screen.
Step #6: On the next screen/page, tap on the “Registration of Vehicles” tab and proceed.
Step #7: Here, you will have to enter your vehicle’s details including registration number, chassis number, etc. Please do verify the information before proceeding.
Step #8: Tap on the “Get Document” option.
Step #9: Redirect to the “Issued Documents” tab on the app/website and you should be able to spot your RC book available for download in PDF form.
