How to use Right to Repair Portal India

4. Suppose, we click on the Galaxy A, and you will see clickable links for the product details and product registration details under the Basic Information section.
Under Product Information, you can get external links to get warranty information, terms and conditions of the warranty.
There is a dedicated section showing the customer support phone number, email address and hours of operation.
Under the Service Details section, you can grab details about the Authorized Service Centers, Repair Manuals, and Recognized Multi-brand Stores/Centers.
You can also check important website links related to right-to-repair here.
At present, we see mobile phone and accessories brands like Apple, Samsung, Oppo, and BoAt. Hopefully, more brands will enlist soon.
The government believes the portal will allow the consumers “a chance to repair their products at an optimal cost instead of buying new products altogether”.
