Infinix GT series renders reveal Nothing Phone (2)-like LED lights

Infinix GT series LED design

The Infinix GT series will feature two phones — the GT 10 Pro and GT 10 Pro+. According to teasers and details shared by industry sources, the Infinix GT series will feature mini LEDs at the back for an “interactive backlight interface”. The LEDs will light up when a game is launched on the phone, for notifications, and for charging status updates as well.

The LED light design at the back is very similar to the Nothing Phone (2)’s Glyph Interface. Infinix is calling this the “cyber mecha design“, and it comes in two colour options of ‘Cyber Black’ and ‘Mirage Silver’. The Cyber Black model comes with bright orange highlights, while the Mirage Silver has a colour-changing design that shows steel blue and dusty pink when exposed to UV light.

Infinix GT series launch timeline

The Infinix GT series is said to launch in August but there’s no specific date revealed yet. It is also tipped that the global launch will take place in August but the phone will come to India in the next two months. Also, only the Infinix GT 10 Pro will make it to India, and not the GT 10 Pro+.

Infinix GT 10 Pro specifications (Expected)

  • Other than its design, the Infinix GT 10 Pro could also stand out for its RAM capacity which is said to be a whopping 24GB. This will be accompanied by 256GB of onboard storage.
  • The smartphone is also said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 chipset.
  • It’s going to be a power-packed phone as the Infinix GT Pro could come with a 7,000mAh battery along with a whopping 160W and 260W fast charging support.
