Infinix Note 12 series India price, availability 

Infinix Mobility has announced the Note 12 series for the Indian market and aims at budget and mid-range smartphone buyers in the country. The Note 12 series consists of the Infinix Note 12 and the Infinix Note 12 Turbo. The Note 12 will be available in three colour options – Jewel Blue, Force Black and Sunset Gold. The device will get a 4+ 64 GB model priced at Rs 11,999 and a 6 + 128 GB model priced at Rs 12,999. The Note 12 Turbo on the other hand will be available in a single 8+128 GB variant and will be priced at Rs 14,999. Buyers can choose from three colour options – Sapphire Blue, Force Black and Snowfall. 

The Inifinix Note 12 series will be available on Flipkart. The Note 12 will go on sale on May 27th while the Note 12 Turbo will go on sale on May 28th. Various introductory offers will be available for the benefit of the first lot of customers. These include a Rs 1,000 instant discount for Axis Bank Credit and Debit cardholders. Axis Bank cardholders can also benefit from a Rs 2,000/month no-cost-EMI for the 6GB Note 12 model. Buyers with cards from other banks (including Axis Bank), Bajaj Finserv EMI and Flipkart Pay Later can also avail a 3 or 6 month long no-cost-EMI options on all variants of the Note 12 series. 

Inifnix Note 12 series specifications 

The Infinix Note 12 series boasts of a 6.7″ FHD+ AMOLED with a drop style notch design to house the front camera. The display panel is Widevine L1 certified and supports 1000 nits of peak brightness, 108% NTSC Ratio and 100% DCI P3 colour gamut. The viewing experience is complemented by dual stereo speakers and DTS surround sound. 

Under the hood, Note 12 gets a MediaTek Helio G88 processor paired with 4GB RAM + 64GB (virtual RAM: 7GB) and 6GB RAM + 128GB (virtual RAM: 11GB) variants. The Note 12 Turbo gets a MediaTek Helio G96 processor paired with 8GB + 128GB (virtual RAM: 13GB). The devices utilise LPDDR4X RAM sticks and get expandable storage of up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. 

Both the devices get a triple camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.6) primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor and a third AI camera. It also features an LED flash. The devices feature time-lapse mode, slow-motion footage up to 240fps and bokeh mode in video format. Upfront, there is a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls. 

Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery pack which supports 33W fast charging via a Type C port and the devices claim to have a standby time of 65 days. The devices feature a side power button mounted fingerprint reader for biometric authentication. Note 12 runs on XOS 10.6 skin on top of Android 11 while the Note 12 Turbo runs on the XOS 10.6 skin on top of Android 12.
