iQOO 11, iQOO 11 Pro launch date revealed: specifications

iQOO 11 5G launch date confirmed

According to a report by GSMArena, the iQOO 11 5G will launch in Malaysia on December 2nd, 6 pm local time. The publication has received a media invite from iQOO, which touts the iQOO 11 5G as the “king of gaming smartphones”. The device will become Malaysia’s first device to come equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. While not confirmed yet, the iQOO 11 5G could very well become the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered smartphone to launch outside of China. There’s no telling whether the Pro variant will tag along or will iQOO reserve it for some other day.

However, as the past trends go, other brands might want to take the throne and since there are still a couple of weeks left for the iQOO 11 5G launch, there are chances that some other brand might make an announcement before iQOO launches the iQOO 11 5G.

iQOO 11 5G specifications (expected)

The iQOO 11 5G is said to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a whopping 144Hz refresh rate. In terms of battery, we can expect the device to boast a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. Under the hood, the iQOO 11 5G will be powered by the latest-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which will likely be paired with Vivo’s V2 chip, at least 8GB RAM, and at least 128GB internal storage.

Coming to the cameras of the device, the iQOO 11 5G is expected to sport a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera, an 8MP macro camera, and a 16MP selfie shooter. Lastly, the iQOO 11 5G will boot Android 13-based OriginOS 13/FunTouchOS 13 skin out of the box. We exclusively leaked the full specifications of the iQOO 11 5G a little while ago.
