The latest iQOO phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 coupled with ARM Mali-G610 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The handset boots Android 13-based OriginOS custom skin out of the box.
