iQOO Z5x with MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset spotted on TENAA | Digit

iQOO Z5x has been spotted online giving us a brief look at its key specifications. The iQOO Z5x is likely an incremental upgrade to the iQOO Z5 which was recently launched in India. The phone is expected to launch soon but there’s no word whether it will come to India anytime soon.

The TENAA listing of the iQOO Z5x suggests that the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip and runs on Android 11. As per the specs on TENAA, the Z5x could feature a 6.58-inch TFT display but it’s likely that we get a high refresh rate display as on the iQOO Z5. 

iQOO Z5x expected specifications

The iQOO Z5x features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display as per the TENAA listing. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G SoC and runs on Android 11 based UI. It could be offered with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options to choose from.

The listing reveals that the iQOO Z5x has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. The front-facing camera is tipped to be an 8MP unit.

The iQOO Z5x measures 8.5mm in thickness and weighs 169 grams as per the details on the listing. It is said to be equipped with a 4,880mAh battery that likely supports fast charging out-of-the-box.
