iQoo Z6 5G to launch in India soon, may be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 – Times of India
Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo is set to expand its smartphone range in India soon. The company has started teasing iQoo Z6 5G phone via its social media channels. The upcoming device will succeed the iQoo Z5, which was launched in 2021.
iQoo India has created a dedicated page of iQoo Z6 5G on its website. ‘Coming soon’, the page reads. It also showcases the rear panel of the phone with triple camera sensors.
Meanwhile, the rumour mill is buzzing with the likely specs and features of iQoo Z6 5G. The smartphone is tipped to come with a full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The handset is said to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with 5G support.
iQoo Z6 5G is rumoured to pack up to 8GB RAM. The smartphone may offer virtual RAM support for up to 4GB. According to a report, the handset has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database. It was listed under the model number Vivo I2127.
The smartphone is expected to have two colour variants – Black and Blue. In the image teased by iQoo, we can see the Blue colour variant of the phone. iQoo Z6 5G is likely to come in two RAM models – 6GB and 8GB. The handset may pack 128GB storage for both RAM models. It is likely to come with a 6.58-inch AMOLED screen.
The handset is likely to be a mid-range phone. To recall, its predecessor – iQoo Z5 was priced at Rs 23,990 for the 8GB + 128GB model and Rs 26,990 for the 12GB+256GB storage variant. iQoo Z6 5G is also expected to come with a similar price tag.
