Leak Suggests NickMercs And TimTheTatman Skins Could Arrive In Call Of Duty
The Season 3 Reloaded update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is just a week away, and a Kevin Durant operator bundle is already confirmed for the big update. However, operator skins for notable streamers NickMercs And TimTheTatman could be arriving shortly after the NBA star.
A Call of Duty leaker known as HeyImAlaix has tweeted claims that data mining shows both NickMercs and TimTheTatman in the game files along with the recently announced bundle for Kevin Durant. Their names apparently started to appear in game files following the Season 3 update, so they could become available in Season 3 Reloaded or beyond.
A fourth operator known as Nikto is also mentioned in the leaks. Nikto was an operator originally introduced in Modern Warfare 2019, so it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see their return. Season 2 added the Ronin operator, who was also previously featured in Modern Warfare 2019, too.
While NickMercs And TimTheTatman are huge personalities, people are already commenting on the leaker’s tweet to point out how neither streamer has shown much interest in Call of Duty in recent months. NickMercs moved his focus to Apex Legends at the launch of Warzone 1’s Caldera, and while TimTheTatman does occasionally play Warzone 2, he mostly plays a variety of non-Call of Duty games.
Of course, leaks don’t always come to fruition, even if there is data already planned in the game files. Currently, Call of Duty has a TMNT Shredder operator bundle for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Previously, soccer stars Messi, Neymar, and Pogba received operator bundles to celebrate the World Cup.
Make sure to check out everything announced for Season 3 Reloaded, including a new multiplayer map, a Warzone Ranked Play mode, new DMZ location, and more.
