Liverpool and Man Utd both ‘offered’ £25m Leandro Trossard opportunity
Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been offered the opportunity to sign high-flying Leandro Trossard in January, according to reports. The Brighton forward is supposedly being shopped around by his agent after a superb start to the season and he could increase his stock even further with Belgium at the World Cup.
Trossard has come racing out of the blocks this campaign with nine goal contributions in his first 14 Premier League games. That form carried him into the Belgian World Cup squad and he has featured from the bench in each of their first two matches.
But with an unconvincing win over Canada followed by a dismal defeat to Morocco, manager Roberto Martinez could look to start him for the crunch group-stage decider against Croatia. Replicating his performances at club level on the international stage would only boost his chances of banking a big move in January.
According to CBS Sports, Trossard’s agent has offered United, Liverpool and Chelsea the chance to sign him after three years with the Seagulls.

Red Devils legend Gary Neville recently claimed that the club’s attacking options are a weakness compared to those of their rivals. “United probably have the weakest front three at this moment in time,” he told Sky Sports. “But they’ve probably got something that’s happening with Erik ten Hag that’s giving them a great spirit.
“I think they’ve got a top chance of finishing in the top four now, great chance. I think there’s enough Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham for United to push through that bunch. I never would’ve thought that four, five weeks ago.”
