Apple MacBook Pro (M2): Price and availability
The 13-inch MacBook Pro with M2 starts at Rs 129,900 whereas students can get it for Rs 1,19,900. The MacBook Pro will be available at the Apple Online Store and authorised resellers from next month.

The MacBook Pro comes with an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU, which Apple claims is 40% faster on apps like Affinity Photo. With an active cooling system, the 13-inch MacBook Pro supports up to 24GB of unified memory — along with 50 percent more memory bandwidth. The 13-inch MacBook Pro claims to deliver battery life with up to 20 hours of video playback. M2 MacBook Air also adds a next-generation media engine and a powerful ProRes video engine for hardware-accelerated encoding and decoding, so users will be able to play back more streams of 4K and 8K video than before.
Apple hasn’t changed the design of the updated MacBook Pro. This means that it features Thunderbolt ports. The 13-inch display features up to 500 nits of brightness. The MacBook Pro will be available in four storage variants — 256GB SSD, 512GB SSD, 1TB SSD, and 2TB SSD. Apple has added support for Spatial Audio when playing music or video with Dolby Atmos on built-in speakers as well as Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking when using AirPods (3rd generation), AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max.
The camera remains the same which means it has a 720p HD resolution.
