Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 has been officially unveiled in China, as promised. The company has also unveiled the Mi Pad 5 lineup on the same stage and it comprises of a standard model and the Mi Pad 5 Pro. The Mi MIX 4 comes as a successor to the Mi MIX 3 5G from 2019 and is also the first phone from the brand to feature an under-display camera that is claimed to take selfies without compromising on the picture quality. The phone comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC, a 108MP primary camera, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5. On the other hand, the Mi Pad 5 Pro offers an 11-inch 120Hz screen, 8,600mAh battery, and 67W fast charging, among other things.

Mi MIX 4 price

Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 price starts from RMB 4,999 (around Rs 57,300) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone also comes in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB variants, priced at RMB 5,299, RMB 5,799, and RMB 6,299.

The Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 3D curved edges, 2400×1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision. Gorilla Glass Victus protects the display from scratches and drops. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC paired with Adreno 660 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box and connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, UWB, NFC, USB Type-C, GPS (L1 + L5), and NavIC.

The Mi MIX 4 is notable for supporting 120W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Both options will rapidly charge the 4,500mAh battery housed in the phone. There is also something called Boost mode that can fully charge the device to 100 percent in just 15 minutes over 120W.
