Micromax In 2B: Micromax In 2b launched with up to 6GB RAM and 5000mAh battery, price starts at Rs 7,999 – Times of India

Micromax has expanded its budget category smartphone range in the country. The company has launched Micromax In 2b with Unisoc T610 octa-core processor. Micromax’s latest entry-level phone is equipped with up to 6GB RAM and houses a 5000mAh battery.
The smartphone succeeds the Micromax In 1b that was launched in 2020.
Micromax In 2b: Price and availability
Micromax In 2b has two RAM models — 4GB and 6GB. Both these variants are paired with 64GB internal storage capacity. While the former is priced at Rs 7,999, the latter can be purchased at Rs 8,999.
The smartphone is available on e-commerce site Flipkart starting today. It is offered in three colour options- Blue, Black and Green.
Micromax In 2b: Specifications
Micromax In 2b is equipped with a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen with 1600×620 pixel resolution and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The phone, as mentioned earlier, is powered by Unisoc T610 octa-core processor and runs on Android 11 operating system.
Micromax In 2b is claimed to deliver 70% better performance than its predecessor Micromax IN 1b. The company says that the device comes with no-glance, no pre-load, no-bloatware, and a no-hang experience.
The smartphone features a 3-in-1 dedicated SIM Slot. It supports 5GHz Wi-Fi and VoWiFi, Dual VoLTE and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.
To perform camera duties, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup at the back. The handset consists of a 13MP camera with Samsung sensor and f/1.8 aperture. It is paired with 2MP secondary camera.
The company claims that the phone can deliver 150 hours of music playback, 15 hours of video streaming and a talk time of 50 hours. It sports a 10W Type-C charger in the box.
