MIT research scientist trains with Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, here’s what he has to say – Times of India

It is slowly turning into a will they, won’t they saga, no? We are talking about the alleged cage fight that seems to be in the offing between two tech billionaires — Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. Almost every second day something comes up which adds to the so-called intrigue. Lex Fridman, a renowned research scientist at MIT, has now confirmed that Musk did train with him.“I did an impromptu training session with @elonmusk for a few hours yesterday. I’m extremely impressed with his strength, power, and skill, on the feet and on the ground. It was epic,” said Fridman in a tweet.
Interestingly, a couple of days back, Fridman also trained with Zuckerberg as well and shared a video on Twitter as well.

Will the fight happen?

Fridman, in his tweet, also said that it’s “really inspiring to see Elon and Mark doing martial arts, but I think the world is served far better if they train martial arts but not fight in the cage.”
He also said that “the most entertaining outcome is the most likely… I’m there for them, no matter what.”
While Musk has been dropping hints here and there about the possible fight, Zuckerberg has been rather quiet.
Canadian actor and mixed martial artist tweeted to Musk that “I’m a huge fan of yours and it would be an absolute honour to help you and be your training partner for the challenge against Zuckerberg.” Replying to his tweet, Musk said that “ok, let’s do it.” He also acknowledged that his training session with Fridman was also a lot of “fun”. It does seem that Musk is low-key perhaps preparing for the fight, which started off a social media banter.
Zuckerberg, on his part, hasn’t said much about the upcoming probable fight. The rumoured venue is supposed to be Las Vegas.
