Montblanc Summit 3 is the first non-Samsung smartwatch to get Google’s WearOS 3 – Times of India
NEW DELHI: Montblanc Summit 3 smartwatch is official. Montblanc is the first manufacturer after Samsung to launch a smartwatch running Wear OS 3. The company has launched its expensive smartwatch Montblanc Summit 3 in the US. The wearable is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear chipset and sports an AMOLED display.
Price and availability
Montblanc Summit 3 comes with a price tag of $1290 (Rs 1,00,900). The smartwatch will be available for purchase soon in various countries. The company has not yet revealed any information about the India launch. The smartwatch will come in Bicolor Titanium, Black Titanium, and Titanium colour options. Presently, the smartwatch is listed on the official website and the company has not yet revealed the availability date.
Montblanc Summit 3 specifications
The expensive Montblanc Summit 3 smartwatch sports a 1.28-inch circular AMOLED display with 416×416 pixel resolution. The Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chipset powers the wearable.
Compatible with both Android and iOS, the smartwatch packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. As mentioned above, after Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic it is the first smartwatch to run Wear OS 3.
Montblanc Summit 3 also comes equipped with a heart rate sensor, ambient light sensor, barometer, accelerometer and more. The smartwatch features a titanium case with stainless steel bezels and pushers. Same as the Samsung smartwatch, the Montblanc Summit 3 also sports a rotating crown.
