Moto Razr 40 Ultra and Moto Razr 40 are scheduled to launch in India on July 3rd. The launch event will start at 6 pm, and it will most likely be live streamed for everyone to watch it online. Motorola has put out teasers on Amazon confirming that both the foldables will be coming to India. It has already launched the Moto Razr 40 Ultra and Moto Razr 40 in China and North America.

- Display: The Moto Razr 40 Ultra boasts a large 3.6-inch pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate with Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It has a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 165Hz refresh on the inside.
- In comparison, the Moto Razr 40 has a smaller 1.47-inch exterior display which is an AMOLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. On the inside, it’s the same as the Ultra but with a 144Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: Under the hood of the Moto Razr 40 Ultra runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. With the Razr 40 you get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor.
- RAM and storage: Both the foldable phones come with 8GB and 12GB of RAM. But with the Razr 40 Ultra you get 256GB and 512GB storage options, and with the Razr 40 you get 128GB and 256GB.
- Battery: The Razr 40 Ultra packs a 3,800mAh battery with 33W TurboPower fast charging and 5W wireless charging support. The Razr 40 surprisingly has a bigger 4,200mAh battery but with the same charging features.
- Cameras: The Moto Razr 40 Ultra sports a 12MP primary camera with OIS, and a 13MP ultra-wide autofocus camera. The Razr 40 has a 64MP primary camera, and a 13MP ultra-wide camera. Both phones feature the same 32MP front camera for selfies.
- Connectivity: Connectivity options on the foldables include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, and NFC.
- Software: On the software front, the Moto Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 run Android 13 with Moto MyUX interface.
