Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola has expanded its mid-range smartphones in India. The company has launched Motorola Edge 20 with Snapdragon 778G processor at Rs 29,999.
Alongside, Motorola has also announced Motorola Edge 20 Fusion which is a slightly toned-down variant that is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U. It is equipped with a 108MP primary rear camera and offers a 90Hz refresh rate screen.
Both are 5G smartphones and come with assured upgrades to Android 12 and 13 along with 2 years of security updates. Both the devices come with business-grade security through ThinkShield for Mobile solution.
Price and availability
Motorola Edge 20 Fusion has two variants. The base model packs 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and carries a price tag of Rs 21,499. Another variant is equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and is priced at Rs 22,999.
Motorola Edge 20 comes in a single 8GB RAM+128GB ROM model. It is priced at Rs 29,999. Frosted Emerald and Frosted Pearl are the colour options of the smartphone.
At this price point, the handsets will compete with OnePlus Nord 2, OnePlus Nord CE and Samsung Galaxy A series phones like Samsung Galaxy A22 5G.
Both Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Fusion will be available via Flipkart along with offline retail stores. The smartphones will go on sale in the country on August 27 at 12 pm.
