Motorola Razr 3 leaks in hands-on videos, design similar to Galaxy Z Flip 3

As we said in the past, the Moto Razr 3 looks more like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, which should appeal to most users considering the chin was out of fashion. However, the Razr 3 scores point with a large outer screen compared to the Samsung Flip. We can only speculate the screen will fit in more content and use cases could see an upgrade.

Motorola Razr 3 design

The Motorola Razr 3 is similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 3. It has narrow bezels across all corners, which gives this iconic foldable brand a modern look and makes it appealing to the current generation audience. It has a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. The Razr 3 has dual cameras on the back with an LED flash. This is an upgrade from a single snapper.

What’s surprising is that there’s no crease on the screen where it folds but it’s hard to come to a conclusion just yet. The fingerprint sensor is on the side alongside the volume buttons. As said, there’s a large screen on the back panel, which can be used to show notifications, music control, interact with notifications and much more. It’s pretty evident that Motorola is going all out with the Razr 3 and is aiming to make it a perfect rival to the Samsung, OPPO, and other foldable options on the market.

Motorola Razr 3 specifications (rumoured)

The Motorola Razr 3 is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 chipset paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage. It is said to have dual cameras on the back, possibly including a 50MP f/1.8 primary shooter paired with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens that can also function as a macro. The phone is said to pack a 32MP lens in the punch-hole cutout on the front for selfies and video chats. The Motorola Razr 3 will arrive in Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue colour options.

Rumours have it that the Motorola Razr 3 will ship in China first from late July or early August and then roll out globally. We expect an India launch down the lane.
