OnePlus Nord 3 leaked specifications
The latest specs leak comes from tipster Debayan Roy, who says that the OnePlus Nord 3 will not come with a 1.5K display as rumoured earlier. The phone will instead get a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In the camera department, the smartphone might sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP camera. Details about the third sensor are not known yet. The smartphone might come equipped with a 32MP selfie camera in the front.
The OnePlus Nord 3 could be powered by either the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max or Dimensity 8200 chipset. It is unclear if the smartphone will pack a 4,500mAh or 5,000mAh battery, but fast charging is said to be capped at 100W much like the OnePlus 11 and 11R smartphones.
How will OnePlus 3 be different from OnePlus Nord 2?
OnePlus Nord 2 was launched in 2021 at a starting price of Rs 27,999 for the base 6GB+128GB storage variant. It features a 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup, which has a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP mono lens. The phone comes equipped with a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset and backed by up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of (non-expandable) internal storage. The phone houses a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. As far as the connectivity features are concerned, the smartphone offers an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock, dual stereo speakers, noise cancellation, and screen flash.
Therefore, it can be expected that the OnePlus Nord 3 will definitely come with an improved display and powerful chipset compared to the OnePlus Nord 2.
