Nintendo reminds us of the current 2023 Switch release slate
We’ll get more by E3, no doubt
As more and more studios actually release all the delayed projects from the past few years, Nintendo is sitting comfortably with just Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom alone. That will easily dominate the vast majority of May and beyond (years beyond, if Breath of the Wild is any indication), but there’s other stuff in tow, too.
Just this month, Nintendo sent out an email directly to folks to remind them of the upcoming 2023 slate. We’ve already seen a bit of it shake out in the form of two Persona ports and Fire Emblem Engage, and the rest really highlights how busy the next few months are going to be: just in the Nintendo space alone. While a few of them are ports and re-releases many multiplatform owners will still spring for the Switch edition, and there are exclusives wrapped up in there too.
