The Luna Ring uses advanced technology, like a Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer, to track your body accurately. This allows it to monitor your heart rate, sleep patterns, movements, and other important data accurately. The Luna Ring’s design has 3 LEDs and 2 PDs with 3 bumps to align the optical sensors with your finger accurately.
