Nokia’s first handset with 120Hz display surfaces on FCC listing – Times of India

HMD Global, the company that owns the license to manufacture and sell Nokia branded smartphones, unveiled five new affordable smartphones at CES 2020. The five smartphones included Nokia G400, Nokia C100, Nokia C200 and Nokia G100 and a feature phone Nokia 2760.
Almost two years later, the Nokia G400 5G surfaced online at the FCC listing. The listing reveals the handset’s key specifications of the upcoming smartphone, according to a report by PhoneArena.
For starters, the listing confirms that the handset will feature 5G support and will feature a 6.5-inch LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. It is also important to note that the G400 5G will be the company’s first handset to come with 120Hz refresh rate display.
In addition to that, the listing confirms that the handset will run Android 12 operating system out-of-the-box. In terms of performance, the handset is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The listing also confirms that the smartphone will be backed by a 4900mAh battery.
The document also reveals the camera specifications of the smartphone. The Nokia G400 5G is said to come with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 16MP sensor at the front.
