Nothing Ear (Stick) TWS design officially released before launch | Digit

The new Nothing Ear (Stick) TWS will be the brand’s second audio product. Nothing launched the Nothing Ear (1) in June last year (2021). It is ready to launch the new earbuds on October 26. Ahead of the launch, Nothing took to its official social media channels to post a teaser for the Ear (Stick) launch, which also showcased the design of the earbuds. The previously leaked earbuds image matched precisely with the official design of the product.

The post reveals that the Nothing Ear (Stick) earbuds will feature a half-in-ear design which is a change compared to last year’s Ear (1). The company added that it tested over 100 pairs of earbuds for enhanced comfort and designed the product keeping comfort in mind. The earbuds are lightweight (4.4grams), and you can wear them all day long.

Nothing Ear (Stick) carries the FCC certification. The certification listing revealed that the Ear (Stick) case would have a 350mAh battery. At the same time, each earbud will pack a 36mAh battery unit. The upcoming earbuds were spotted on Amazon back in July with an IP54 rating, which revealed that they would cost €99 (roughly Rs 8,200). In addition, the e-commerce listing confirmed Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity support on the upcoming Nothing Ear (Stick).

Nothing launched the Ear (1) for $99 (roughly Rs. 8,200). But, ahead of the Nothing Ear (Stick) launch, the company founder – Carl Pei, has announced that Nothing Ear (1) will now cost $149 (roughly Rs. 12,300), and the retail price will be applicable from October 26. However, in India, the Nothing Ear (1) will likely continue selling at Rs 5,999.
