Nothing Phone (2) launching in India today: time, how to watch live stream, expected price, specs

Nothing is launching a much-awaited upgrade to its first smartphone globally. Besides India, this time the Nothing Phone (2) will be available in US too, a region that the original model skipped. The device has been confirmed to launch with minor design changes but rather big internal upgrades and a higher price tag compared to the Phone (1). The new smartphone is coming with last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 to provide smoother performance. Here is how you can tune in to the launch event.

The launch will be live-streamed on Nothing’s official YouTube channel. The launch video will also feature popular YouTuber and Nothing investor, Casey Neistat. There are no other products expected for this unveiling but the brand might surprise us.

Nothing Phone (2) price in India (expected), pre-booking and sale date, offers

• Nothing Phone (2) is expected to be priced above Rs 40,000 in the country. There will be three storage variants: 8GB RAM+128GB Storage, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
• The pre-reserve has already begun on Flipkart for Rs 2,000. For offline retailers in India, the pre-booking period will be from July 12th to July 16th.
• Nothing Phone (2) deliveries for pre-booking customers are expected to begin on the evening of July 15th.
• Pre-booking offers include a Rs 3,000 discount on select bank cards, 50 percent off on Nothing Ear (Stick), and discounts on official accessories.

The UK-based brand also introduced its Ear (2) TWS in a new black colour option last week which will go on a special early access sale for customers who are pre-booking the Phone (2). Nothing will also set up a pop-up store for customers in Bengaluru to experience and buy the Phone (2) on July 14th. The brand yesterday opened its first exclusive service centre in the country and is expected to have at least 25 service centres ready in India by next year.
