Phone (2) has already gone on pre-order in India and will be available to purchase through Flipkart.
Nothing Phone (2): What to expect
Nothing has already shared a glimpse of Phone (2), showing off the smartphone’s back. The pictures show a new Glyph pattern, and the back is slightly curved over the edges.
The smartphone will sport a flat display on the front and a slightly curved rear panel. The placement of the LEDs on the rear panel is the same as seen on the Nothing Phone (1). In addition, the centre part of the Nothing Phone (2) will have 6 separations and 33 addressable LED lighting zones while the upper right side of the phone will feature 16 customisable lighting zones.
The Phone (2) will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset replacing the Snapdragon 778G+ that was used in the Nothing Phone (1). The smartphone will come with Nothing OS 2.0, which, as per the company, is designed to improve accessibility and efficiency for users.
There are also some other hardware and software upgrades to the Phone (2), shared by the company. These include a slightly larger display than the Phone (1), 0.15 inches, to be precise, a bigger battery, with 4700mAh capacity, lower carbon footprint than the first model.
Nothing Phone (2) is expected to be priced slightly higher, considering it will be a premium offering from the company.
