NTT DATA to ‘double or triple’ India headcount, introduce four-day week: Amir Durrani

For an organisation that employs 40,000 people in India, NTT DATA is not exactly well known. But it is a company with massive plans to increase that number. The Japanese tech major is also planning to introduce a four-day working week for certain practices as it looks to decrease attrition and become attractive for job seekers.
