Synopsis

The Japanese IT-services company wants to tap the abundant skill sets available in India. To help counter attrition and make itself an attractive destination for job seekers, the company will also introduce a four-day working week for certain practices.

For an organisation that employs 40,000 people in India, NTT DATA is not exactly well known. But it is a company with massive plans to increase that number. The Japanese tech major is also planning to introduce a four-day working week for certain practices as it looks to decrease attrition and become attractive for job seekers.
