According to leaked renders shared by MySmartPrice in collaboration with OnLeaks, we get a good look at the possible design of the OnePlus 12R. The smartphone is seen in white colour with a flat bezel-less display. In comparison to its predecessor, the OnePlus 11R, it’s different since the former has a curved display. There’s also a punch-hole selfie camera at the top centre of the display. 

The rear camera module is the same with the circular shape and a steel panel surrounding it. The leaked renders also show the alert slider and the power button on the right side, while the left side has the volume rocker. The USB Type-C port and speaker grille are located at the bottom edge of the phone. 

OnePlus 12R launch timeline (Expected)

The launch timeline for the OnePlus 12R is said to be January 2024 in China. This would be after the expected launch timeline for the flagship OnePlus 12 which is said to take place in December this year. This one too will debut in China first with a global launch taking place later.

Specifications of the OnePlus 12R have also been leaked along with the renders. Here’s a look at what to expect from the smartphone.

• Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
• RAM and Storage: 16GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage.
• Cameras: 50MP + 8MP ultra-wide angle lens + 32MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom. 16MP front camera.
• Battery, charging: 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging speed. 
• Software: OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14.
