According to the post, you can claim the free battery replacement service when you walk into any official OnePlus store in India. It does not apply for courier pickup, which costs extra. As per the Reddit user, OnePlus is not expecting to move these batteries as they are a few years old, which is why it hopes to clear the stock by offering free battery replacement.
