OnePlus 9 RT expected to come with Android 11, pricing tipped online – Times of India

NEW DELHI: OnePlus might soon launch its latest 9-series smartphone. The smartphone maker is expected to launch the OnePlus 9 RT smartphone on October 15. Last month an online leak revealed that OnePlus is planning to launch the OnePlus 9 RT on October 15. The leak also suggested that the smartphone will come with Android 12 out-of-the-box. However, a new online report reveals that the smartphone will run the Android 11 operating system.
According to a report by tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 9 RT will come with Android 11 out-of-the-box topped with the company’s new ColorOS 12 on top. The tipster also claims that the OnePlus 9 RT will be priced between 2000 Yuan (Rs 23,267) to 3000 yuan (Rs 35,000).
The smartphone is expected to come with a similar design and camera as the OnePlus 9R.
The upcoming OnePlus smartphone was recently spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench. The Geekbench listing revealed that the OnePlus 9 RT will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
OnePlus 9RT expected specifications
OnePlus 9RT is said to come with a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ screen. The phone may offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is likely to pack a 4500mAh battery and may offer fast charging support with a 65-watt adapter.
On the camera front, the phone is rumoured to come with a 50MP primary camera at the back. This may be paired with a 16MP secondary camera and a 2MP third sensor. For selfies, the phone may sport a 16MP camera on the front.
It is expected to pack up to 12GB of RAM. The device’s storage is speculated to be up to 256GB.
