OnePlus 9 RT price in India has been tipped ahead of the expected launch later this month. This comes just a day after key specifications surfaced online. Though it was initially believed to be the first OnePlus phone to run Android 12 OS out of the box, that might not be the case as rumours suggest it will run on Android 11 with ColorOS 12 skin on top. Noted tipster Digital Chat Station claims the design of the OnePlus 9 RT will remain unchanged from the OnePlus 9R, including the rear camera module but the LED flash module will see a fine-tuning for better results. The handset is expected to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.

According to Digital Chat Station (via GSMArena), the OnePlus 9 RT price will be between RMB 2,000 (around Rs 23,200) and RMB 3,000 (approx Rs 34,700). It will come in three colour options. This would put the phone in the range of the OnePlus Nord series, so you should take this with a pinch of salt. The OnePlus 9 RT price in India will likely be much higher, possibly around Rs 40,000.

According to the leaked specifications, the OnePlus 9 RT is said to feature a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP or 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro/monochrome sensor. It is tipped to pack a 16MP lens on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone runs on Android 11 based ColorOS 12 custom skin out of the box and packs an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It will be equipped with NFC, x-axis vibration motor, stereo speakers, and 65W fast charging support.

OnePlus 9 RT is said to sport a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass layer, and flat bezels. It is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Soc with Adreno 660 GPU for games. The phone should come with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and a 4,500mAh battery. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It is tipped to pack up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
