OnePlus Nord 3 5G spotted on India website, hints at imminent release.

OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus Nord 3 5G soon in India, as a follow-up to the successful OnePlus Nord 2 model that was released in July 2021. The smartphone was recently spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, indicating that its India launch is imminent. Earlier leaks pointed to a launch window between mid-May to mid-June for the OnePlus Nord 3 5G. A new leak has surfaced, revealing that the phone has been sighted on the OnePlus website in India, strongly suggesting that its release date is close at hand.

According to a tweet by tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), the OnePlus Nord 3 5G has been seen on the Indian website of OnePlus, hinting at an imminent launch of the smartphone in India. Additionally, the tipster mentioned that the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r could also be unveiled alongside the upcoming device.

Rumored specifications for the OnePlus Nord 3 5G indicate that it will sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is expected to be an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G SoC, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 256GB of built-in storage. The smartphone’s triple rear camera setup is said to feature a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor. Additionally, the front-facing camera is rumored to house a 16-megapixel sensor.

According to reports, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G is expected to be priced between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 40,000 in India and may come with an 80W wired fast charging support for its 5,000mAh battery.

 Its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord 2, features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. It runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The triple rear camera system on the device is equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. The smartphone is backed by a 4,500mAh dual-cell battery that supports Warp Charge 65W, capable of charging the battery from 0 to 100 percent in just 30 minutes.
