Oppo A17 is now official. Oppo has added a new smartphone to its A-series with the launch of Oppo A17 smartphone in Malaysia. Successor to the last year launched Oppo A16, the smartphone sports an HD+ display and is powered by a MediaTek processor. The device sports a 50MP main camera and 5000 mAh battery.
Oppo A17 is priced at 599 Malaysian Ringgit (Rs 10,619) and it is already up for sale in the region. The smartphone comes in Lake Blue and Midnight Black colour options. Oppo has not yet revealed the India launch and availability details of the smartphone.

Oppo A17 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone also comes with virtual RAM support and offers 64GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card.
Oppo A17 comes with dual SIM support and runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 12.1. The mid-range smartphone features a dual rear camera with 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 2MP depth camera with f/2.8 aperture. There’s also a 5MP front camera for selfies.
The smartphone comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and houses a 5000 mAh battery.
