The Oppo A78 4G made its debut in Indonesia earlier this month and now the smartphone is all set to launch in India. The brand has hinted at the smartphone itself on Twitter. Initially, it is expected to arrive in Indian stores around July 27 but there has been a shift in the launch date. You can expect the smartphone to be priced between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 when it hits the Indian.
Talking about the specifications, it is equipped with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display also offers a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. The Oppo A78 4G runs on Oppo’s ColorOS 13.1 which is based on Android 13. The smartphone also offers an in-display fingerprint scanner.

For photography, it has a 50-megapixel main camera, joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it offers an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Oppo A78 4G is powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC. It comes in a single configuration with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, with expanded storage of up to 1TB. The phone supports 8GB of virtual RAM as well. The Oppo A78 4G will be backed by a big 5000mAh battery which comes with 67-watt SuperVOOC fast charging.
Not just that, the smartphone offers some more convenient features such as dual speakers, ultra-volume feature for clear and loud sound output, and NFC support.
