Oppo Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro to launch in India on July 14: Here’s what we know so far – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Oppo is all set to expand its smartphone lineup in India. The company has confirmed that it will launch the Oppo Reno 6 and Oppo Reno 6 Pro smartphones in the country on July 14. The company has scheduled an online launch event where it will launch both the smartphones.
Oppo has also revealed that along with the two smartphones it will also launch a new colour variant of its true wireless earbuds — Oppo Enco X at the same event. The event will take place at 3 pm tomorrow (July 14) and it will be livestreamed on the company’s YouTube channel.
Oppo has already launched both the smartphones in China. It is expected that it will launch the same variants in India as well.
Oppo Reno 6 specifications
Oppo Reno 6 comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek 600 processor paired with 12GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 256GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card.
Oppo Reno 6 runs Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 11. The smartphone is backed by a 4300mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
This mid-range smartphone from Oppo sports a triple rear camera setup which comprises 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP macro lens. The front is home to a 32MB selfie shooter.
Oppo Reno 6 Pro specifications
Oppo Reno 6 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor coupled with 12GB of RAM. The handset offers 256GB internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own ColorOS 11.
The smartphone features a 6.55-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz. Same as the Oppo Reno 6 this one also sports a triple rear camera with 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro shooter. You will also get a 32MP front camera for selfies.
It comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and houses a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Oppo Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro: Expected price
As per various online leaks and rumours it is expected that the company may price the Oppo Reno 6 Pro at Rs 40,000, while the Oppo Reno 6 is said to be priced at Rs 32,000.
