POCO F4 GT India launch timeline and price (tipped)

Anuj Sharma told India Today Tech that the POCO F4 GT will launch in the first half of 2022. The POCO F4 GT will be the successor of the POCO F3 GT (review) that debuted in July last year. The report stated that POCO F4 GT would bring far better specifications on the table compared to POCO F3 GT. The POCO F4 GT price in India will be under Rs 50,000 but the device will likely cost more than the POCO F3 GT.

In the interview, Anuj Sharma mentions ‘plans to refresh the entire portfolio with a completely new, revamped fourth-generation portfolio for Poco.’ He also mentions that the company doesn’t plan to release a flagship smartphone yet (above Rs 50,000). This means the POCO F4 GT will be a mid-range smartphone with under Rs 50,000 price tag.

The certifications of POCO F4 GT reveal two cells batteries, which suggests support for fast charging. Furthermore, the device will come with a USB-C cable, SIM ejector tool, a bundled case, and a Type-C to 3.5mm audio adapter(no 3.5mm headphone jack support) inside the box. The specifications of the POCO F4 GT are still known at the moment, but we can expect a similar configuration as Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, as it’s a rebranded version of the same.
