You can expect to find more Axew out in the wild during the community day with a chance to even encounter some shiny Axew. Evolving an Axew caught during the event into Fraxure, and then Haxorus, will provide you with, Breaking Swipe charged attack move. This attack provides 50 power and will lower the opponent’s attack in Trainer Battles. As for gym and raids, the attack power will be 35.

Scarlet and Violet’s Transferred Pokemon Attack Issue

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet finally has Pokemon Home support and it brings with it many new creatures (over 70) to the Nintendo games. However, there is a complication when it comes to attacks of transferred pokemons. It looks like some Pokemon which have learnt specific moves in older games are forgetting those attacks when transferred to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

There are some cases where these moves can simply be taught again in Scarlet and Violet. However there are some moves in games such as Sword and Shield which are not available for specific pokemon in Scarlet and Violet. This complexity makes it different for competitive player when selecting their pokemon lineup, as highlighted by Kotaku. Players would have to rethink their strategy and pokemon selection based on which moves Scarlet and Violet supports for these pokemon. It remains to be seen what solution do the developers come up with for this situation.
