Pokemon Trading Card Live Launches for PC, Android, and iOS, Replaces Pokemon Trading Card Game Online
Pokemon Trading Card Game Live has finally launched on PC today. The app replaces Pokemon Trading Card Game Online as the prime application for all TCG players. The TCG Live app has been fully released after two years in open beta. The new game is free-to-play and is available on both Windows and Mac devices. It is also available on Android and iOS devices.
Pokemon Trading Card Game Live
The Pokemon Company has launched the TCG Live alongside the Scarlet and Violent – Paldea Evolved expansion. This new expansion adds Gen 9 Pocket Monsters to the game. EX cards now have higher HP and more powerful attacks. While that sounds sweeter than regular cards, there is a risk-reward system attached to these cards. If a player’s EX cards get knocked out, the player must give up two of their prize cards to the opponent instead of just one.
The new expansion also allows players to add new cards to their decks by scanning code cards. Players can also exchange crystals earned in-game to get a boosters pack. After logging in to TCG Live, players will be rewarded with a Chien-Pao ex deck. TCG players can also unlock a Forretress ex Premium Pass deck by exchanging crystals. Players can earn crystals by completing daily quests in Pokemon Trading Card Game Live.
Battle players, complete daily quests, and earn Battle Pass points to unlock cards from the latest expansion, Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved, with the official release of #PokemonTCGLive. ????
