Pokémon UNITE Championship Series 2023 India Qualifiers With $75,000 Prize Pool Announced; All You Need to Know

The Pokémon UNITE Championship Series returns once again to India, with a three-month tournament set to begin in April.

With a prize pool of $75,000 up for grabs, 256 teams from across the country will be vying for the largest share of the winnings. Plus, the competition will also determine the two teams, who will be competing in Pokémon UNITE World Championship 2023 in Japan, which has a prize pool of $500,000.

The Indian qualifier will be split into three sections: April Qualifier, May Qualifier, and the Last Chance Qualifier. Eight teams from these qualifiers will be selected for the Indian playoffs, where the two slots for the upcoming Pokémon UNITE World Championship Series will be up for grabs.

The schedule for the three qualifiers and the Indian playoffs are as follows:

• April Qualifier: April 15 and 16
• May Qualifier: May 20 and 21
• Last Chance Qualifier: June 3
• Indian Playoffs: June 4

In the two-day April and May qualifiers, the 256 teams will be competing for three spots each for the Indian playoffs. The remaining two spots will be determined by the Last Chance Qualifier. While the two-day qualifiers will have a prize pool of $18,750 each, the Indian playoffs will have $37,500 on the line.
