Prime Day 2023 – Amazon Devices Receive Big Discounts

Prime Day 2023 doesn’t officially kick off until July 11, but Amazon is slashing prices on tons of first-party products ahead of the big event. You’ll also find a bunch of electronics (such as laptops, headsets, and memory cards) on sale, as well as a handful of premium deals that require you to request an invite from Amazon before they become available. Additionally, Prime members can get three months of Kindle Unlimited and Audible Premium for free right now.

One of the best early Prime Day deals is for the Amazon Fire TV 75-Inch Omni Series 4K Smart TV. Not only does it offer a 4K display and built-in apps for most streaming services, but it’s currently on sale for just $720. Consider giving it a closer look if you need a massive TV to fill up your game room. The smaller Amazon Fire TV 32-Inch 2-Series Smart TV is also discounted to just $130 (down from $200).

Other great deals include the Ring Video Doorbell Wired with Ring Chime for $50 (down from $100), the Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Tablet for $75 (down from $150), and the surprisingly great Luna Controller for $40 (down from $70). The Luna controller can be used as a regular Bluetooth gamepad for PC and mobile games.

Beyond Amazon gadgets, you’ll find the Samsung Evo Select Micro SD Card (256GB) for $18 (down from $40), which is a great way to expand your storage on both Steam Deck and Switch. There’s also a solid discount on the ultra-powerful Alienware Aurora R14 Gaming Desktop (RTX 3080), which is down to $1845 from its usual $2300.

Plenty of other early Prime Day deals are available at Amazon, and we’ve listed our favorites below.
