Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay downplayed quarterback Matthew Stafford’s right elbow injury in a chat with reporters at training camp Saturday.
Stafford is experiencing “bad tendinitis” in his elbow, per a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Stafford dealt with a host of injuries last year, as ESPN’s Dianna Russini reported during the season.
The 34-year-old played through the pain and ended up leading the Rams to their second-ever Lombardi Trophy.
