How to get Android 13 beta update on Realme 9 Pro, 9 Pro+ in India

If you have a Realme 9 Pro, make sure it’s running on firmware version RMX3471_11_A.42, RMX3471_11_A.43, RMX3471_11_A.44, or RMX3471_11_A.45. For the Realme 9 Pro+, the device should be running software version RMX3392_11.A.12, RMX3392_11.A.13, or RMX3392_11.A.14.

Once you’ve checked that, navigate to Settings – Software Update menu – tap on the setting icon in the top-right corner. Next, tap on the Trial version – Open Beta – Apply Now and submit the details. Once your application gets approved, you will receive the beta update. 

The company has already set up a dedicated support page for you to submit feedback or report bugs you encounter in the Beta build and has listed steps to roll back to the previous OS.

How to roll back to Android 12 on Realme 9 Pro+

If you face too many bugs on the open beta, you can roll back to the stable Android 12 OS. The company has listed the required steps to go back to Android 12 on Realme phones with some warnings. Your data will get erased once you roll back, so it would be a good idea to back it up. You won’t be able to roll back to the Open Beta version once you go back to Android 12.

How to roll back to Android 12 on Realme 9 Pro+

Step 1: Download the rollback package for Realme 9 Pro+.

Step 2: Enter recovery mode by turning the phone off – long press the volume down and power button simultaneously – select the language – Install from storage – enter your password – Find and tap on the rollback package to go back.
