Realme GT Neo2 with Snapdragon 870, 12GB RAM launched in India: Price, specs and more – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Realme GT Neo2 is official in India. Smartphone maker Realme has expanded its GT series of smartphones in India with the launch of Realme GT Neo2. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series processor and features an AMOLED display. The smartphone packs 12GB of RAM and it also comes with 7GB of expandable virtual RAM.
The smartphone comes in Neo Green colour option and has a matte AG glass that uses a 7 nano multilayer finish. On the other hand, the Neo Blue colour variant of the smartphone consists of 8 gradient colour nanolayers and the smartphone also comes in Neo Black.
Realme GT Neo2 also has X-axis linear vibration motor and 4D vibration.
Price and availability
Realme GT Neo2 comes in two variants — 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB priced at Rs 31,999 and Rs 35,999 respectively. The smartphone will be available online on Flipkart and Realme.com starting October 17.
During the festival sale, the 8GB RAM variant will be available at Rs 24,999, while the 12GB RAM version will cost Rs 28,999. This will be a limited period offer.
Realme GT Neo2 specifications
Realme GT Neo2 comes with a 6.6-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The screen comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected with a coating Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
The dual SIM smartphone runs the Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Realme UI 2.0. Realme GT Neo2 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM.
The smartphone comes in two storage variants — 128GB and 256GB. Users can further expand the storage by installing a microSD card.
Realme GT Neo2 sports a triple rear camera which consists of a 64MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 16MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 65W ultra-fast charging support.
