Realme Narzo 50 5G smartphone teased by company, expected to launch in India soon – Times of India

Realme recently launched the Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone in India. The smartphone is said to be the world’s first to come with 150W fast charging support. It appears that the company is now gearing up for the launch of its new and affordable Narzo series smartphone in the country.
Realme has confirmed that it will soon launch the Narzo 50 5G smartphone in the country. Successor to the last year’s launch Narzo 30 5G, the smartphone is said to be a gaming phone.
The company claims that the smartphone will offer best features for the price and will house a ‘fastest 5G processor’ in the segment.
Talking about the phone the company said, “To enhance every narzo player’s gaming experience, we always offer the most powerful smartphone with Mighty features, trendy and bold designs. narzo has created a user base of more than 10 million in January 2022 since it’s inception in India, and we aim to reach more users all over the world.”
Realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth also said that the company will soon make additions to the Narzo series. “The new Narzo smartphones will feature more powerful 5G processors, sleek design, amazing display and faster charging. As India gears up to roll out the 5G network in 2022, there will be high demand for superior 5G-enabled smartphones on online channels. realme, as always, will continue to meet the emerging demand of youngsters dedicatedly.”
Realme Narzo 50 5G expected specifications
As per various online rumours, Realme Narzo 50 5G is said to come with a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2408 pixel resolution. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
The 5G-enabled smartphone is expected to pack 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card. The smartphone is said to run Android 12 operating system and sport a dual rear camera with 13MP main sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. Realme Narzo 50 5G is rumoured to house an 8MP front camera for selfies.
The device is expected to be backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
