Realme unveiled the Buds Air 3 earbuds and the Book Prime laptop at the MWC 2022. The Chinese smartphone maker has recently launched several new phones in India. According to TechRadar, the company is now planning to expand its laptop lineup in the country by unveiling the Realme Book Prime laptop. Realme has scheduled an event on April 7 to introduce the Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone.
Apart from the Realme GT 2 Pro, the company has announced that it will launch 3 other products at the same event which include — Realme FHD streaming stick, Realme 9 and Realme Buds Air 3. The report suggests that the brand may also release the Realme Book Prime laptop along with the other mentioned products. Let us look at what to expect from the company’s upcoming laptop.
Realme Book Prime laptop expected price
Realme Book Prime laptop is expected to carry a price tag of around Rs 50,000. This laptop will compete with the products from brands like Xiaomi, Lenovo and Acer.

The Realme Book Prime laptop is likely to sport a 14-inch IPS display that will support 2K resolution. The laptop claims to come with 400 nits of peak brightness and 100 per cent sRGB. It is expected to be powered by an Intel 11th-gen i5 processor backed with Intel X3 graphics processing unit (GPU).
The laptop is likely to launch in two RAM variants — 8GB and 12GB and will include 512GB NVMe SSD storage. It is expected to run on the Windows 11 operating system and will offer a 720p webcam for meetings and online classes.
Moreover, the device will also be expected to have a 3-level backlit keyboard and Microsoft PTP Clickpad Technology supports. For authentication, it will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor integrated with the power button.
For connectivity, the laptop offers — two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, Thunderbolt 4 port, USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports and WiFi 6. Realme Book Prime is likely to pack a 54Wh battery with a 65W PD super-fast charging support and claims to have a battery life of up to 12 hours on a single charge.
