Realme V23i with 90Hz display, 5000mAh battery launched in China: Price, features and more – Times of India

Realme has silently launched a new entry level smartphone–the V23i– in its home market. With this new entry-level phone, Realme has expanded its V-series lineup. The smartphone was expected to launch in May, but the company postponed the launch.
Realme V23i: Price, colour options and availability
Realme V23i costs 1,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 23,701) for the lone 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. It is available for purchase in Mountain Blue and Jade Black colour options. There is no word on the availability of the Realme V23i in other countries.

Realme V23i: Specifications
Realme V23i flaunts a 6.56-inch LCD panel that offers HD+ resolution of 1612×720 pixels. It is a 90Hz refresh rate display panel. The smartphone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, Realme V23i is powered by the Dimensity 700 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. There’s also a microSD card slot to expand the storage. The device runs Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 OS.
For imaging duties, the smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. There’s also an 8MP selfie shooter on the front which is placed inside the punch hole area.
Realme V23i is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
Realme’s new ‘Pro’ smartphones
Last week, Realme launched the two new ‘Pro’ models – the Realme 10 Pro+ and Realme 10 Pro – in India. The two smartphones are the successors to the Realme 9 Pro+ and 9 Pro, launched earlier this year in the country.
Realme 10 Pro+, 10 Pro: Price and color options
The Realme 10 Pro+ comes in two RAM and internal storage configurations – 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The base model is priced at Rs 25,999 while the higher end model comes at Rs 27,999.
The two smartphones come in three shades – Dark Matter black, Nebula Blue, and Hyperspace gradient.
To give you a better idea on the comparative pricing, the Realme 10 Pro costs Rs 18,999 for the 6GB+128GB storage variant, and its 8GB+256GB variant comes at Rs 19,999.
Realme 10 Pro+, 10 Pro: Availability
The Realme 10 Pro+ will go on sale from December 14 whereas the Realme 10 Pro will be available for purchase starting December 16. The two smartphones will be on sale through Flipkart and Realme’s company store.
