Realme Y6 launch could be in the works as phone gets listed on company’s website | 91mobiles.com

Realme seems to be working on a bunch of new smartphones. Earlier this week, the Realme G1 was spotted on the official Realme India website and is believed to be a new budget series that may be placed close to the current C-series. Now, the Realme Y6 has been listed on the website, as spotted by Mukul Sharma. The listing doesn’t reveal much else about the phone at the moment, which makes it hard to speculate whether it will be a budget offering or will be a mid-range phone. It’s also interesting considering that Realme has skipped Realme Y1 and went straight to Realme Y6.

Separately, Realme Narzo 30 is gearing up to launch in the country on June 24th. The handset will be available in both 4G and 5G variants and will be available via Flipkart and Realme website. The phone sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 580 nits brightness. While the 4G variant is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 coupled with Mali G76 GPU, the 5G model will be powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC. It packs up to 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage that is further expandable. The phone runs Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box and has a 5,000mAh battery with up to 30W fast-charging support.

Moving to optics, the Realme Narzo 30 has a triple camera setup on the back, with a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP B&W sensor. There is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 5G/4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. Narzo 30 5G is said to be available in only 6GB+128GB model and it is tipped to cost Rs 15,990, thereby competing directly with the POCO M3 Pro 5G. The Narzo 30 4G 4GB/64GB model is said to cost Rs 11,999, while the 4GB/128GB model will be priced at Rs 12,999.
