Redmi K50 Gaming Specifications

Digital Chat Station posted the alleged specifications of Redmi K50 Gaming on Weibo. As per the tipster, one of the main highlights of the next-gen Redmi gaming phone would be the recently announced Dimensity 9000 chipset. Further, the smartphone might have a hole punch display with a high refresh rate and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor. The tipster further suggests that the Redmi K50 Gaming would have a right right-angle middle frame design. Additionally, it would come with a 64MP main camera and a 5,000mAh battery.

Last week, GizmoChina reported that two Xiaomi smartphones — codenamed Matisse and Rubens, with model numbers L10 and L11A respectively — could be unveiled soon. Both the smartphones were also spotted on the MIUI codebase and IMEI database with model numbers 21121210G and 22041211AC, respectively. These smartphones are likely to be variants of Redmi K50 Gaming.

Matisse is expected to be the Redmi K50 Gaming powered by Mediatek 9000 chipset. At the same time, the Rubens is rumoured to be the Redmi K50 Standard Edition, which might be exclusive for China. The Redmi K50 Standard Edition, aka Ruben, is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 7000 chip, a watered-down version of Dimensity 9000. Further, the Redmi K50 Gaming could be launched under the POCO branding as F4 GT in the global markets, including India.
